Orders

What methods of Payment do you accept?

We accept all of the following: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit and debit cards.

We offer our customers Afterpay (see terms via https://www.afterpay.com.au). All prices on our site are stated in Australian dollars (AUD).

 

What if something is wrong with my order?

Did we get your address wrong? Is something not right in your confirmation email? Please let us know by emailing us at hello@trvlboutiq.com so that we can update your information prior to us dispatching your order. Please put “wrong order information” in the subject line so we can assist you promptly.

Are you looking to exchange or refund? Please refer to our returns & exchange policy.

Do you offer AfterPay?

Yes we do! You can trvl now and pay later with payment by Afterpay. You will just need to pay 4 equal amounts fortnightly but still receive your TrvlBoutiq product right away!

TrvlBoutiq is not responsible for any overdue payments. All payments after checkout are handled directly by Afterpay. For more information, visit Afterpay’s complete terms & conditions.

 

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You can calculate the shipping time to your postcode here.

 

How do I track my delivery?

Click here to track your Australia Post tracking number which we sent to you via email.

 

What do I do if I enter the wrong address?

If you enter the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. If you have not received a tracking number yet, we can change your address.  

If you have received your tracking number or received it shortly after you sent us an email, you will need to send it back to us and you will be charged a further $6 postage fee.

 

How much is shipping?

Depending on what shipping option you choose, costings are as follows:

  • We offer free shipping Australia wide, this will take 5 to 6 business days after we have completed wrapping your order.
  • We offer express shipping Australia wide for an extra $5, this will arrive the next business day once we have completed wrapping your order.
  • We offer international shipping to the UK for an extra $36AUD,  this will take 8 business days after we have completed wrapping your order.
  • We offer international shipping to the rest of the world for an extra $30AUD,  this will take 8-12 business days after we have completed wrapping your order.

If for whatever reason you are not home when your order arrives, and you do not pick it up from the collection point, the parcel will consequently be sent back to us after 7 days. In that case we will charge you an additional $10 (for Australian orders) and $30 (for international orders)  to re dispatch the parcel to you, however we will contact you if a parcel returns to us to give you the option of a re dispatch before charging you any additional fees.

Who do you ship with?

Our orders are sent by Australia Post.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, our carrier will leave a card which will direct you to the local post office or exchange for collection!

Please keep in mind that once a parcel is delivered to a local post office or collection point, we are unable to organise a redelivery for you as it is in the post office. Parcels are held at a local office or collection point generally for no longer than 7 days before being returned back to us. Unfortunately we can’t be liable for delays at fault of the post office however we will try our best to assist you with follow up.

Do you offer international shipping?

Of course we do! We want to cater to everyone  internationally! We offer international shipping for $30 to the USA and the rest of the world and $36 to the UK and other countries, this will take 8 - 12 business days.

Please be careful and be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Australia. Please note that we do not take responsibility for any delays and additional fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

What about shipping to the UK?

If you are shipping a parcel to the UK, there is a mandatory VAT tax rate applied to all imports. This is set by the Government, and cannot be avoided. Please note that we do not take responsibility for any delays and additional fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

Will I have to pay taxes and duties on my international order?

Please be careful and  aware that packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to international countries outside of Australia.

We take every effort to ensure a fast delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or additional fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.



Returns & Refunds

Refunds:

We quality check each of our products, however if for any reasons you wish to refund your item, we can process a refund. You will be refunded the transaction amount minus a 6% fee when paying with Afterpay, 2% fee via Shopify payments and 3% fee when paying with PayPal. Please email hello@trvlboutiq.com advising what the issue is and we will provide a returns address. The return must be sent back in its original packaging and not used.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Please note that under no circumstances will monogrammed or customised products be accepted for return. If you have received your tracking number for a monogrammed item, we cannot refund your order.

All returns and exchanges need to be mailed back within 14 days of the date of delivery.

 

Exchanges:

If you have purchased the wrong size, we can exchange your order. Please note that TrvlBoutiq is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges are only valid for Australian orders and for items of equal value.  Please email us at hello@trvlboutiq.com so we can arrange this for you and send you a returns address.

An additional fee of $25 will be charged to dispatch exchanges of any items bought internationally.

Please make sure to get a tracking number and email it to us, as if the parcel gets lost in transit, we will not be able to process the exchange. Your order must be sent back in its original packaging.

All returns and exchanges need to be mailed back within 14 days of the date of delivery.

 

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN/ exchange?

Please allow up to 14 working days for your parcel to be returned to TrvlBoutiq. We will send you a confirmation email receipt once your return/exchange has been processes.  If you haven’t heard any communication from us after the 10 working day timescale, please contact us at hello@trvlboutiq.com

Change of mind

If you change your mind and your item has not yet been dispatched or monogrammed, you are welcome to email us immediately at hello@trvlboutiq.com. Please note that under no circumstances will monogrammed or customised products be accepted for return due to change of mind. If you have received your tracking number, we cannot refund your order.

Unfortunately we currently don’t offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind. All returns will be issued as an e-store credit.

 

Faulty Products

If your product is faulty or damaged in transit, TrvlBoutiq will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. However, items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please email hello@trvlboutiq.com with your order number and photographs of the faulty product if it has gotten damaged in transit.

Please do keep in mind that returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach TrvlBoutiq so please make sure it’s packaged properly as it cannot get damaged in transit. Please email hello@trvlboutiq.com with your name and tracking number and notify us that the parcel is on its way. If the parcel gets lost in transit and you do not have a tracking number, we will not be able to process the exchange/refund.

We will provide a paid shipping returns label if approved. Refunds will be solely at the discretion of TrvlBoutiq.

 

Product Colours

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the TrvlBoutiq website as accurately as possible. However we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of colour will be completely accurate as different monitors screen vary.

Issue with your product?

If you have any issue with your product, we are happy to look at the issue and see if we can repair it. Please email us at hello@trvlboutiq.com, we quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what are packing before we send; however please do email us with “issue with my product” in the subject line.

I dropped my phone and my screen broke

It is your responsibility to make sure you do not drop your phone. For any broken phones or cracked screens, TrvlBoutiq will not be held liable. It is your responsibility to handle your belongings with care.

PRE-ORDERS

For all preorders, please note that the “orders will be sent between…” date is a guide and the items are often shipped before or after this date.

Change of mind due to the wait time will not be refunded, a credit note will be provided, valid for 6 months.

 

Products

How should I care for my leather purchase?

Our passport wallets are made from 100% saffiano leather, so you should avoid rubbing your item against rough or sharp surfaces to minimise scratching. If your product gets wet, pat it dry gently and let any residual liquid dry naturally.

We recommend using a natural solvent such as eucalyptus oil to clean any marks on your Trvl Boutiq product.

How do I care for my vegan leather purchase?

Our crossbody phone purses are vegan friendly; avoid having it constantly exposed to sunlight and high temperatures.

You may apply baby oil on the surface of your phone purse to condition the faux leather.

Alternatively, you can also use a faux leather conditioner. This will create a protective barrier which will spare your phone purse from damages of sun rays and extreme temperatures. Make sure you use only a small amount of product, always run a patch test to ensure you're happy with the end result (as some baby oils and conditioners can leave your faux leather looking shiny), and do not do it too often. Conditioning your bag once every couple of months is ideal.

Monogram FAQ

Do you emboss in colours?

No, we blind emboss all of our products.

What does blind emboss mean?

Blind emboss means that there is no foil applied to the monogram.

How many letters can I have embossed on my item?

You can have a minimum of 1 and up to 3 letters embossed on your product.
