Waterfall Hunting
Going to one of the many surrounding waterfalls in Byron is truly wonderful. Enjoy a peaceful walk through a lush, emerald canopy of bush while walking to your destination. There is a “hidden” waterfall about 20 minutes South of Byron in the Tintenbar area called Killen Falls. The beautiful surrounds and cave mouth underneath the waterfall offer the perfect picture opportunity as well as shady cover on a hot Summer's day. Although this is just one of many beautiful waterfalls surrounding Byron it’s also got ample amounts of nature parks and reserves to explore!

Lighthouse Views
With its many surrounding walking trails and boardwalks, the Byron Bay lighthouse is well known for its breathtaking beach views and whale watching spots. Built-in 1901 and standing at 23 meters tall it’s a must-see spot, you can even go inside and experience what it would be like to be a lighthouse keeper for a small gold coin donation! Bikes are available to rent and it's about a 40-minute cycle to the lighthouse from Byron. So grab a picnic, some prosecco and head up there for a beautiful day out! Ps. the parking fee, if you drive up there, is $7!

Foodie Heaven
Not only is Byron Bay known for its amazing views and relaxed atmosphere but it’s also a foodie hub full of restaurants, bars and cafes galore! There is somewhere cute and delicious to have a meal on pretty much every corner in Byron Bay. Some of our personal faves include; The Balcony Bar & Oyster Co. geat for brunching and cocktail vibes, with its beautiful balcony and airy light decor. No Bones is known for its modest decor and delicious vegan meals, prepare to have your taste buds blown away! And of course, we can’t forget about Miss Margarita, deliciously devilish Mexican food and a happy hour from 5 pm that attracts a crowd of people, definitely worth the line!
